Eligibility

The Say Yes Tuition Scholarship is available to students who:

  1. Reside in Syracuse.
  2. Continuously enroll in a SCSD high school from 10th-12th grades. (Or be legally designated as having refugee status on an Arrival-Departure Record (I-94) from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or be an otherwise eligible noncitizen).
  3. Graduate from SCSD in June 2009 or after.
  4. Enroll full-time at a Say Yes Higher Education Compact Partner College within one year of high school graduation.
  5. Apply and remain eligible for financial aid each year.
