The Salvation Army along with Onondaga County Health Dept. are offering the services of a Facilitated Enroller to all Say Yes schools. Once a family is identified as needing health insurance, the facilitated enroller will quickly meet with the family and assist them in choosing a health insurance package that meets the needs of their family. The Facilitated Enroller will assist in completing the required paperwork to ensure families are enrolled quickly.
